PATCHS Online Consultation
Our online consultation system is open during core hours from 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
Please note that submitting a request does not mean you will be given an appointment straight away. Your request will be reviewed by our clinical team, and you will be offered the most appropriate care, which may include self-care advice, a telephone consultation, a face-to-face appointment, or referral to another service. Routine requests received after 6pm will be acknowledge but may not be responded to until the next working day.
Please note, for clinical safety reasons any urgent medical problem between 6pm to 6:30pm please contact the surgery by telephone. If you need urgent medical help after this time, please call NHS 111. In a medical emergency, always dial 999 or go to your nearest Accident & Emergency department.
